Changes in the regulation of forex transactions in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Dear Weltrade clients!

Please be informed that due to changes in the regulation of forex transactions in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, starting as of March 10, 2023, Systemgates LTD. (Saint Vincent and Grenadines, BC 24513) will no longer perform any forex business activities / provide forex business services, including opening forex accounts, entering into contracts, conducting transactions, payouts, deposits, as a forex broker in terms of forex operations on behalf of Systemgates LTD. (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, BC 24513).

All new forex activities / services under the Weltrade brand as of March 10, 2023 will be performed / provided by the Weltrade group by Systemgates Ltd. (Saint Lucia, company registration number 2023-00055). All current accounts, contracts, balances, orders, etc. will be transferred to Systemgates Ltd. (Saint Lucia, company registration number 2023-00055) without any changes in accordance with the Article 1.7. of The Clients Agreement. This transfer will not lead to any changes for the clients. The relevant amendments to the Client Agreements will be made in the near future. At the same time, the activities of Weltrade under Systemgates LTD. Saint Vincent and Grenadines, BC 24513 legal entity will continue in terms of non-prohibited transactions in this jurisdiction, such as CFDs, Cryptocurrencies CFDs, Indexes, Stocks CFDs etc.

These changes are made solely due to changes in regulation and in no way affect the rights of customers, the content of the business and the quality of the services provided.
