Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission

The CySEC ( Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ) is a financial regulatory authority of Cyprus, which is a European Union member state. As a member of the EU, the regulations and operations of this organization must comply with the European Union’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive or MiFID that became effective in 2004.
